• Craft and execute a thought leadership strategy that showcases Hitachi Energy's technology and innovation leadership, aligning with market trends and business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end development of strategic reports, position papers, and consultation responses—from planning and research to writing, editing, and publication.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to gather insights and create compelling, data-driven narratives that reinforce Hitachi Energy's role in shaping industry dialogue.
• Translate complex technical and regulatory content into clear, engaging, and accessible materials for diverse audiences, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand voice.

This role helps strengthen Hitachi Energy's strategic positioning as a global technology leader in the energy sector, supporting the company's influence and advocacy efforts to shape industry dialogue and enhance visibility across stakeholder audiences.

• Master's degree in engineering, Energy and Environmental Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in the energy sector with a proven track record of producing high-level reports, white papers, or strategic publications.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into impactful narratives.
• Excellent command of written English; additional languages are an advantage.
