Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of country monitoring reports to support the implementation of the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials and related legal instruments, including liaison with evaluated country's authorities, lead examiners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, policies, and efforts to prevent, detect, investigate, and prosecute the bribery of foreign public officials in international business.
- Maintain contact with WGB delegations, officials from national administrations, internal OECD stakeholders, and other international organizations active in anti-corruption, and represent the OECD in international conferences.
- Carry out other related duties to support the implementation of the WGB work programme and ACD's strategic priorities, including horizontal studies on anti-corruption themes and transversal WGB tasks.
