Policy Advisor – Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD

However, the job details are as follows: The Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD is seeking a Policy Advisor to support its work in promoting social justice and improving working conditions. The Policy Advisor will work closely with the Committee's Secretariat and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies that benefit workers and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade unionism, labor law, and social policy, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. The Policy Advisor will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing policy briefs and reports. They will also work with the Committee's members and other stakeholders to build support for policy initiatives and advocate for the rights of workers. The Policy Advisor will be based in Paris, France, and will work closely with the Committee's Secretariat and other stakeholders to achieve the Committee's goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade unionism, labor law, and social policy, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
