PMO Director

• Lead the Program Management Organization (PMO) to manage strategic programs with high commercial value and technical complexity.
• Ensure clear communication of expectations for deliverables, budget, and schedule, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet commitments.
• Develop and implement processes for accountability, risk management, and customer relationship growth.

This role drives the revitalization of US manufacturing by leading complex programs that enhance operational efficiency and innovation, contributing to economic growth and community development.

• 10-15+ years of full-time work experience in technical project or program management for complex products.
• BS degree in engineering or technical field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and supply chain, including metal and composite fabrication for aerospace, transportation, etc.
• Leadership experience with direct and indirect authority to manage cross-functional resources.
