Platform Manager - in Diagnostic Center Online-ABC

Core responsibilities:

• Operational platform management for the Diagnose-Center Online-ABC, ensuring reliable use of digital diagnostic tools by schools and project teams
• Platform operation and development including release planning, quality assurance, documentation, and collaboration with external experts, programmers, and project managers
• Data and process management including data preparation for school feedback and internal evaluations, and creation of simple dashboards and reports
• User orientation, implementation, and support through organization of training formats and user-oriented support for schools and project staff
• Project management including milestone planning, creation of reports and technical materials, and support for transfer to additional districts and schools

This role contributes to improving educational opportunities for children and youth regardless of background or social status by developing and operating a digital diagnostic platform that helps schools assess learning levels, check quality standards, and derive impulses for data-driven school and teaching development.

Required qualifications:

• Completed university degree (e.g., education sciences, social sciences, data science, business informatics or similar)
• Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level)
• Experience in project, process, or platform management, ideally in education or digitalization
• Basic understanding of data structures, key figures, or digital diagnostic tools
• Ability to coordinate and clearly communicate technical and content requirements
• Proficient use of spreadsheets (Excel), data analysis (SPSS), and willingness to learn new tools
• Structured, independent work approach and enjoyment in supporting schools and project teams
• Communication skills and moderation experience in training formats
