Mission
What you will drive
As a Platform & Sustainability Expert within the Delivery Team, you will serve as a trusted technical authority, supporting customers through their sustainability journey as they implement Sweep in their organisation. Your responsibilities span across three key areas:
- Customer Implementation & Technical Delivery: Independently lead customer implementation projects, design collaborative workshops, advise on data integration architecture, and oversee historical data integration.
- Platform Expertise & Customer Training: Deliver tailored training sessions, guide customers through best practices for implementation and reporting, and share advanced platform tips and industry best practices.
- Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Own project planning and execution, proactively identify risks and blockers, act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, and ensure smooth project transitions.
- Sustainability Advisory & Product Feedback: Leverage sustainability knowledge to understand customer challenges, translate needs into platform configurations, gather feedback for product teams, and stay current on sustainability regulations.
- Customer Relationship & Success Focus: Build trust-based relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and drive customers toward platform autonomy and measurable sustainability outcomes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
We're looking for someone with:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business & management, sustainability, environmental science, finance, engineering, or a related field; 2-4 years experience in customer-facing roles; solid knowledge of carbon accounting and sustainability topics; experience designing and delivering customer training; comfort with digital platforms and data; ability to leverage AI and digital tools; excellent written and spoken English and German; strong organizational skills.
