Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as PPFA and Action Fund's primary strategist and director of advocacy and electoral campaigns in Oklahoma
- Lead legislative advocacy, organizing, and state-level communications in coordination with national office staff and state advocacy organizations
- Manage relationships with legislative members, regulatory agencies, lobbyists, consultants, and coalition partners
- Oversee Action Fund's electoral endorsement process and ensure compliance with state lobbying requirements

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 7 years of related advocacy and electoral campaign experience in organizing and management
- Minimum 3 years experience as a campaign manager or director with demonstrated proficiency in project management
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict and crisis creatively
- Working knowledge of voter databases (specifically VAN) preferred
