Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as PPFA and Action Fund's primary strategist and director of advocacy and electoral campaigns in Oklahoma
  • Lead legislative advocacy, organizing, and state-level communications in coordination with national office staff and state advocacy organizations
  • Manage relationships with legislative members, regulatory agencies, lobbyists, consultants, and coalition partners
  • Oversee Action Fund's electoral endorsement process and ensure compliance with state lobbying requirements

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of related advocacy and electoral campaign experience in organizing and management
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a campaign manager or director with demonstrated proficiency in project management
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict and crisis creatively
  • Working knowledge of voter databases (specifically VAN) preferred
