Photo and Video Editor

Core responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the quality of animal photojournalism content for a leading advocacy organization
• Select and edit photos according to established editing policies and aesthetic standards
• Edit video clips with color correction and audio cleanup for stock platform use
• Manage metadata and upload assets to the Digital Asset Management system
• Provide constructive feedback to photographers to support their technical and artistic development

This role creates positive change by producing high-quality animal photojournalism content that supports advocacy efforts and raises awareness about animal welfare issues.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in photo and video editing with attention to quality standards
• Proficiency with editing software for color correction and audio cleanup
