Mission
What you will drive
- In this role, you'll raise funds from major donors by providing information and analysis to help them understand WAI's work.
- Manage a portfolio of 50–100 donors, qualifying capacity, tailoring engagement, and planning solicitation strategies.
- Build relationships with prospective donors through EA community engagement, meetings, and proactive communication.
- Develop tailored resources explaining WAI's strategy, activities, and impact to inform donors' giving decisions.
- Lead major gifts strategy with 2–3-year timelines, track donor pipelines in Salesforce, and support execution.
