Mission

What you will drive

  • In this role, you'll raise funds from major donors by providing information and analysis to help them understand WAI's work.
  • Manage a portfolio of 50–100 donors, qualifying capacity, tailoring engagement, and planning solicitation strategies.
  • Build relationships with prospective donors through EA community engagement, meetings, and proactive communication.
  • Develop tailored resources explaining WAI's strategy, activities, and impact to inform donors' giving decisions.
  • Lead major gifts strategy with 2–3-year timelines, track donor pipelines in Salesforce, and support execution.
