Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the growth and transformation of Grand Canyon Conservancy's Planned Giving programs, including developing and managing a comprehensive planned giving program.
- Manage a portfolio of planned and major giving donors (gifts of $25,000+), preparing at least 15 giving proposals annually and closing at least 75% of solicitations.
- Develop personalized donor cultivation strategies, conduct personal and virtual visits, and increase planned gift donor engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal/financial professionals to promote and facilitate legacy giving.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or significant professional experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience, including working with and closing major and planned gifts.
- Knowledge of estate planning vehicles (bequests, beneficiary designations, CRTs, life insurance, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
