Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Grow and steward RIVET's Councils: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with Leadership Council and Youth Impact Council members, securing multi-year philanthropic commitments while ensuring members feel highly engaged, valued, and connected to RIVET's mission and people.
- Drive philanthropic revenue: Lead frontline fundraising across both Councils - identifying and developing a donor pipeline, moving prospects through cultivation, and closing gifts.
- Activate Councils as a force for organizational growth: Design and deliver meaningful engagement experiences to leverage Councils' networks, insights, and influence to support RIVET's broader growth, including across new foundations, firms, and brand partnerships.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Strategic, relationship-driven fundraiser with experience in major donor fundraising
- Ability to build, manage, and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
- Experience in frontline fundraising including donor pipeline development, cultivation, and gift closing
- Ability to design and deliver meaningful engagement experiences for donors
