Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Create and implement an ambitious fundraising plan for the organization's next stage of growth
- Maintain existing funder relationships while cultivating and pitching new funders, especially at transformational levels
- Develop, grow, and manage the fundraising pipeline, including raising regranting dollars for partners and allies
- Contribute to strategic planning from the philanthropic perspective and make critical decisions about fundraising priorities

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 15 years of increasing responsibility in fundraising with proven track record cultivating 7- and 8-figure philanthropic relationships
- Deep familiarity with U.S.-based philanthropic networks, institutions, and resources, especially relating to climate, jobs and justice
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities
- Experience with strategic planning at organizational level and ability to contribute from fundraising perspective
- Emotional intelligence and ability to lead across lines of difference
- Strong vision for systems, processes, and documentation including CRM software
