What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Investigate the role of non-coding RNAs and transcriptional regulation within the hypothalamic-pituitary endocrine axis of the brain
- Enlighten transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms in neuroendocrine systems with focus on non-coding RNAs
- Develop and apply computer-aided methods for analysis and integration of large-scale, high-dimensional biological data sets from brain tissues
- Work with complex data sets containing multiple biological and technical covariates to reconstruct RNA-mediated regulatory networks
