What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Investigate the role of non-coding RNAs and transcriptional regulation within the hypothalamic-pituitary endocrine axis of the brain
  • Enlighten transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms in neuroendocrine systems with focus on non-coding RNAs
  • Develop and apply computer-aided methods for analysis and integration of large-scale, high-dimensional biological data sets from brain tissues
  • Work with complex data sets containing multiple biological and technical covariates to reconstruct RNA-mediated regulatory networks
