What you will drive

  • Deploy the Willow platform for customers to help them understand how to operate and optimize their building systems
  • Utilize understanding of Fault Detection and Diagnostics to map and tag building assets
  • Ensure all data collected and sent to the Willow platform is of the highest quality and accuracy
  • Partner with other Willow teams to support customer-facing discovery sessions and workshops to define scope and requirements

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years experience in Building Automation Services or similar field
  • Solid understanding of typical building technology such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks
  • Fault Detection & Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills in Building Automation/Energy Management Systems
  • Understanding of technical documentation like network topology, wiring diagrams, points lists, operational manuals and functional descriptions for multiple systems
