What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage the Authority's Capital Baseline, including technical documents, data systems, and underlying assumptions
- Collate, monitor, and report performance against the baseline to ensure overall performance is on track
- Develop, maintain, and review project controls data including budget, cost forecast, schedule, and risk information
- Manage technical documents for Business Plans, Project Update Reports, and other stakeholder reporting

Required skills and experience:
- Senior management experience within program performance and risk management
- Expertise in project controls data management including budget, cost forecasting, schedule, and risk analysis
- Experience developing dashboards for executive reporting and providing analytical insights on performance variances
- Ability to collaborate with multiple business units to support value engineering and cost mitigation
