Performance Management Lead

Core responsibilities of the Performance Management Lead include:

• Managing the Authority's Capital Baseline, including technical documents, data systems, and underlying assumptions
• Collating data across Authority functions and projects, and monitoring changes against the Capital Baseline
• Developing dashboards for executive reporting and providing analytical insights on variances
• Maintaining records of month-on-month movements in scope, EAC, and schedule

This role ensures overall program performance is on track by providing forward-looking assessments of trends and driving performance improvements through continual review of baseline processes and data.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Senior management experience within program performance and risk management
• Expertise in developing, maintaining, and reviewing project controls data including budget, cost forecast, schedule, and risk information
• Ability to provide accurate and timely reporting of program performance and variance analysis
• Experience managing technical documents for Business Plans, Project Update Reports, and stakeholder reporting
