Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct site-specific energy generation assessments and energy efficiency evaluations for solar PV projects using PVsyst.
  • Perform comparative analysis of energy yields between different tracking technologies, including conventional trackers.
  • Develop terrain surfaces and perform slope and contour analysis using Autodesk Civil 3D, including the generation of pier coordinates and heatmaps.
  • Analyze electrical losses within PV plants across AC and DC circuits to identify performance optimization opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical oversight, quality control, and performance feedback.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 8 years of experience in performance engineering (solar industry preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of PV module technologies and key plant components.
  • Proficiency in PVsyst for performance modeling and shading scene development.
  • Advanced expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D for terrain modeling and slope analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
