Schedule: Per diem | Minimum 10 sessions/week
Location: NYS (Telehealth)
We’re seeking therapists committed to trauma-informed, equity-centered, and culturally responsive care to join our growing telehealth practice as 1099 independent contractors. This role has potential to become a W-2 employee after a period of demonstrated caseload retention. It is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and working within a practice that actively considers identity, systems, and lived experience in clinical care.
Transparent Compensation (60/40 split – clinician receives 60% of below stated session fee ranges):
Associate / Limited Permit Clinicians: $70–$110 per session
- Mid-Level Clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LP): $110–$150 per session
- Senior-Level LCSW Clinicians: $150–$200 per session
Rates vary based on experience and service type.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lenses
- Practice with cultural humility and curiosity
- Maintain timely clinical documentation

Carry a minimum caseload of 10 sessions/week
Requirements: -
Active NYS license or permit (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LP, or Limited Permit)
- Eligible to work as a 1099 contractor
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
