People & Safety Administrator

Core responsibilities:

• Support the People & Safety function at a fast-growing startup through hands-on administration and safety support
• Build scalable, consistent processes while reinforcing a strong, values-driven culture
• Ensure day-to-day People and Safety operations run smoothly and bring clarity and structure to evolving processes
• Proactively identify gaps before they become issues and work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners

This role helps build the foundation for a growing climate tech company, supporting the team that's working to remove carbon from the atmosphere through innovative bio-oil sequestration technology.
