People & Safety Administrator

• Support the People & Safety function through hands-on administration and operational support
• Build scalable, consistent processes for People and Safety operations
• Ensure day-to-day People and Safety operations run smoothly and bring clarity to evolving processes
• Proactively identify gaps in processes before they become issues
