What you will drive
This is a systems-building role, not a passive coordination position. The People Recruitment & Performance Lead will implement structured recruitment processes, onboarding workflows, performance tracking systems, training coordination, documentation management, and exit processes for volunteers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes Implement and maintain structured onboarding workflows Maintain volunteer records and documentation Oversee training workflow implementation Build and maintain a centralized training resource library Observe team performance and recommend capacity-building support Implement structured exit management processes Lead and guide People Assist volunteers Escalate operational or people-related issues appropriately Required Tools (Basic Proficiency) Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (basic tracking and reporting) Zoom or Google Meet Trello or Notion (basic workflow tracking) Email communication tools Soft Skills Required Strong organizational skills Structured and systems-based thinking Self-leadership and accountability Clear written and verbal communication Escalation awareness Ability to lead and support volunteers respectfully
