People Partner

• Own Brighte's People practice as a hands-on individual contributor, delivering across employee relations, hiring, performance, and remuneration.
• Advise and coach leaders through complex issues, handle employee relations cases, and lead performance calibration and annual remuneration reviews.
• Shape organizational structure and role design, and guide change management to keep the business evolving.

By making sustainability affordable and accessible, Brighte has facilitated solar installations for over 110,000 households, saving over 1 million metric tons of CO2 emissions annually. This role directly supports the people and culture needed to scale that impact.

• 8+ years of experience with strong employee relations knowledge and practice.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally fintech or startup.
• Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and ability to straddle empathy and pragmatism.
• Active use of AI tooling to enhance work efficiency and output.
