People Operations Team Member

• Create and implement People Operations consulting services for clients including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, and HR technology implementation
• Develop standardized processes, methodologies, and best practices for delivering People Operations consulting services tailored to client needs and culture
• Provide high-quality personalized services by understanding unique client needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business objectives and develop People Operations strategies aligned with organizational goals

This role empowers progressive organizations with engaged and effective workforces that can further their missions supporting women's rights, abortion rights, LGBTQ+ rights, climate action, voter protection, immigration reform, equal access to healthcare, and other progressive causes.

• Level of experience in People Operations functions (hiring, recruitment, strategic staffing, employee engagement, performance and development, culture, retention)
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and People Operations best practices
• Experience using HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related software (e.g., Gusto, Lattice)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and with clients
• Desire to support progressive organizations and their missions

Positions will be full-time with salaries between $50,000 – $95,000 annually. Junior positions: $50,000 - $60,000. Senior positions: $70,000 - $95,000.
