Mission
What you will drive
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for international and Nigeria-based staff, including sourcing, screening, and improving hiring processes.
- Own HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, leave/absence, performance reviews, and compensation benchmarking.
- Build scalable systems and processes to support Lafiya's growth from startup to scale-up.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-9 years of experience in people operations, HR, or recruitment with full-cycle recruiting and multiple open roles.
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in NGO, INGO, international development, or mission-driven startup preferred.
- Self-directed, evidence-driven, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, and LLMs; experience recruiting in Sub-Saharan Africa is a plus.
