People Operations Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting operations in Paylocity ATS including opening requisitions, maintaining accurate records, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring data integrity
• Coordinate all interview logistics including scheduling interviews, alignment meetings, and debriefs while maintaining detailed scorecards and interview documentation
• Support onboarding execution for new hires including workspace setup, office tours, first-day coordination, and serving as the in-person welcome presence in Boston
• Create and maintain recruiting resources, templates, and documentation that empower hiring managers to run effective, consistent hiring processes

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience in people operations, talent acquisition, project administration, executive assistant, or similar role requiring multi-stakeholder coordination and attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously (10-20+)
• Strong project coordination abilities comfortable managing complex workflows, anticipating needs, creating systems and documentation, and improving processes
• Professional written and verbal communication able to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
• Systems proficiency with ability to learn new tools (Paylocity ATS, Google Workspace, Slack, Claude Enterprise AI tools)

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $65,000-80,000 + 5% bonus + equity
