People Operations and Talent Associate

As Encamp's People Operations Associate, you'll be the operational backbone of our people programs- owning end-to-end execution of recruiting, onboarding, and HR workflows that directly impact every employee's experience. You'll partner closely with all levels of the organization, ensuring seamless experiences from first candidate contact throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding, including sourcing, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and owning the candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and guide candidates through the interview process
• Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programs, and help coordinate semi-annual in-person team meetings and culture-building activities across a fully-remote team
• Own onboarding for new hires, serve as a point of contact for HR questions and benefits administration, maintain accurate employee data, and document and optimize People Ops processes

This role creates positive change by supporting Encamp's mission to create a world where good for business is good for the environment, helping build and maintain a team that makes a big difference in environmental programs for more than 20k facilities around the United States.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines
• 1-2 years of experience supporting People Operations workflows such as onboarding, HRIS administration, or employee lifecycle coordination in a growing organization
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with AI tooling for recruiting, HR operations, or process automation, and a curiosity for applying emerging technology to improve workflows
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite and comfort working across systems and spreadsheets, with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
