People Operations Analyst

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection and storage of globally dispersed team members
• Execute and maintain team member lifecycle transactions, including job changes, transfers, and organizational structure changes
• Create new and streamline, simplify, and automate existing processes
• Lead people systems and operations projects

This role supports the scaling of Joby's electric air taxi operations, enabling sustainable urban transportation that reduces congestion and emissions, contributing to a cleaner and more efficient future.

• 2+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume HR operation, generalist, or related function
• Experience working with HRIS applications, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
• Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
• Ability to resolve escalated issues and problems quickly, efficiently, and independently

Compensation includes base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Target base pay: $70,304 - $92,800/yr. Benefits include paid time off, healthcare, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and more.
