People & Finance Systems Developer

• Design, develop, and deploy AI workflows using modern LLMs (Anthropic, Gemini) to transform internal People and Finance operations.
• Integrate AI capabilities into tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace via APIs and modern integration tooling.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand problems, build prototypes, and iterate on feedback.
• Champion responsible AI use, helping colleagues use AI effectively and safely with data privacy in mind.

This role directly enables Kaluza's mission to decarbonize energy by improving the efficiency of internal operations, allowing the company to scale its impact on climate change.

• Degree in Computer Science or closely related technical field.
• 1-2 years of commercial experience in software development, systems engineering, or a technical role.
• Comfort connecting systems and manipulating data via REST APIs.
• Hands-on experimentation with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini).

• Salary: £45,600 - £60,000
