What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain people data infrastructure by organizing, cleaning, and integrating structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Drive workforce insights and forecasting by partnering with Finance and People Operations teams to design and manage headcount tracking processes
  • Own HR systems and tools by leading, evaluating, and optimizing all People-related systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Turn data into action by applying quantitative expertise to develop compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting People Data Analytics
  • Strong understanding of People data and the employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI, engagement, etc.)
  • Experience in data visualization tools
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential information
