• Own the P&C relationship with senior business leaders, translating business direction into workforce strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Partners, building capability and succession.
• Shape culture and capability through talent planning, leadership coaching, and development pathways.
• Plan the workforce of the future via workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.

• Proven experience as a strategic P&C partner to senior business leaders.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Deep knowledge of the ANZ employment landscape and Fair Work Act.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action.
