People & Culture Generalist, North America

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from offer to offboarding, ensuring seamless onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for North American employee inquiries, providing empathetic guidance on policies, benefits, and compliance.
• Lead total rewards administration including benefits enrollment, 401(k) management, compensation benchmarking, and leave administration.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives using Workleap pulse surveys and partner with management to turn feedback into action.

This role directly supports SkySpecs' mission of simplifying renewable energy asset management by building a world-class employee experience, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture that enables the team to accelerate the clean energy transition.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a significant plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably supporting a distributed, multi-state workforce.
• Proficiency in UKG Pro, UKG Ready, Deel, and Workleap are a plus; high proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) highly preferred.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time business hours and travel to Ann Arbor office quarterly or more frequently.
