Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from offer to offboarding, ensuring seamless onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for North American employee inquiries, providing empathetic guidance on policies, benefits, and compliance.
  • Lead total rewards administration including benefits enrollment, 401(k) management, compensation benchmarking, and leave administration.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives using Workleap pulse surveys and partner with management to turn feedback into action.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a significant plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably supporting a distributed, multi-state workforce.
  • Proficiency in UKG Pro, UKG Ready, Deel, and Workleap are a plus; high proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) highly preferred.
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time business hours and travel to Ann Arbor office quarterly or more frequently.
