What you will drive
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across 9 European countries, from offer to offboarding.
- Ensure seamless benefits, payroll, and compliance operations while championing company culture.
- Act as internal recruiter for the region, sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Deliver performance management cycles and facilitate quarterly talent reviews.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with multi-country EMEA HR operations.
- Bachelorโs Degree in HR, International Business, or related field (or CIPD Level 5/7).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) highly preferred; experience with UKG, Deel, Workleap a plus.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or French are a plus.
