  • Manage the full employee lifecycle across 9 European countries, from offer to offboarding.
  • Ensure seamless benefits, payroll, and compliance operations while championing company culture.
  • Act as internal recruiter for the region, sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Deliver performance management cycles and facilitate quarterly talent reviews.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with multi-country EMEA HR operations.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in HR, International Business, or related field (or CIPD Level 5/7).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) highly preferred; experience with UKG, Deel, Workleap a plus.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or French are a plus.
