People Business Partner (Engineering, Product & Operations) (Fixed-Term Contract 18–24 Months)

Core responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR guidance to leaders, translating complex business requirements into effective people solutions
• Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives to ensure global organizational design models are optimized for delivery
• Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle, from high-standard performance management to identifying next generation leaders
• Analyze people metrics and trends to provide actionable insights that influence executive decision-making

Required skills and experience:

• Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Engineering and Product teams with understanding of tech terminology
• Experience managing remote/global teams and strong understanding of international labor standards
• Experience coaching leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and effective leadership
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information as compelling narratives
