We are hiring immediately for a People Business Partner in Northeastern United states - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

This role is responsible for contributing to and influencing the development of the Field Operations (technicians, operational excellence and workforce scheduling) strategy, providing challenge and consulting supporting strategic people and talent priorities.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage proactively with VP’s in the US and the people team to identify priorities to support the immediate and future needs of the business. 
  • Partner with Operational excellence to drive strategy and approach.
  • Lead organization change and development required for significant business growth.
  • Define and actively manage workforce plans which drive the talent and capability strategy for the region from both a strategic and operational perspective.  This should include recruitment, talent management, learning and development and early careers.
  • As a trusted advisor; coach & challenge leaders to upskill leadership qualities.  
  • Working with senior business leaders be the main point of contact for the People Function.  Engage People Services & COE’s sharing business requirements for effective planning.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to adhere to regulations and policies

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • 10- 15 + years of experience in Human resources, strategy and operations.
  • A proven track record as a business partner with demonstrated experience in all aspects.
  • Experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, or operations sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge Change management and transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Vice presidents and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, strong influencing skills
