Mission

What you will drive

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for European roles, from scoping briefs with hiring managers to offer management.
  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance with UK and European employment law.
  • Localize and adapt Amber's people processes, compensation, benefits, and culture initiatives for the European context.
  • Build community and engagement across the European team, bridging the gap with the Australian team.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Solid mid-level generalist People Ops, HR, or People & Talent experience, ready for a stand-alone regional role.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law and proven experience managing formal employee relations processes end-to-end.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience across different functions, including managing full hiring processes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
