Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serving as a cultural steward for GFI and implementing initiatives that foster a work environment where employees feel valued, engaged, included, and empowered to succeed.
- Providing internal training and enablement to employees on various people and culture topics, emphasizing continuous learning, and facilitating supervisor training sessions.
- Managing employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and annual performance review processes in Culture Amp.
- Providing employee relations and performance management guidance to employees and supervisors.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- At least 5 years of related, progressive people and culture generalist or management experience.
- Prior experience developing presentations, facilitating engaging employee and supervisor training sessions, and creating informational guides.
- Familiarity with employee experience and performance management system administration.
- Proven experience successfully handling employee relations and performance management questions or issues.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
