What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Organize, clean, and combine structured and unstructured data from various sources to identify data quality improvements
  • Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to develop and manage headcount tracking processes for workforce forecasting
  • Lead, evaluate, and manage all People-related systems and tools to optimize operational efficiency
  • Apply quantitative analysis expertise to develop visually compelling reports and dashboards

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Data Analytics
  • Strong understanding of People data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, DEI, engagement, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential information
