- Organize, clean, and combine structured and unstructured data from various sources to identify data quality improvements
- Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to develop and manage headcount tracking processes for workforce forecasting
- Lead, evaluate, and manage all People-related systems and tools to optimize operational efficiency
- Apply quantitative analysis expertise to develop visually compelling reports and dashboards

Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Data Analytics
- Strong understanding of People data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, DEI, engagement, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Experience translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential information
