What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as thought leader and trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategic talent decisions on workforce planning, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Build and execute predictive models for turnover risk, performance prediction, engagement forecasting, and talent pipeline analytics
- Lead advanced analytics projects, such as compensation equity analysis, workforce planning scenarios, and more
- Manage and develop a team across the US, developing team members into technical experts and future leaders

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in people analytics, data science, I-O psychology, or related fields with demonstrated progression of responsibility and impact
- 3+ years people management experience leading technical teams with track record developing high performers
- Master's degree in I-O Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field
- Advanced statistical modeling/expertise using Python and/or R
- Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift)

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $165,200- $227,200.
