Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Analyze human resources data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize talent management practices, including developing and maintaining people analytics metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports
  • Establish and steward a centralized library of HR metrics, definitions, and reporting standards, ensuring high data quality through audits and validation
  • Partner with HRIS management on system configuration, enhancements, and testing related to reporting, payroll, benefits, and compliance
  • Serve as a backup payroll processor, maintain end-to-end knowledge of payroll processing, and support payroll tax oversight and 401(k) administration

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in people analytics, data analysis and reporting, or a related HR or business operations role
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred (equivalent experience may substitute)
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data validation) and experience building dashboards and reports
  • Demonstrated experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (Paylocity experience a plus) and understanding of payroll fundamentals and compliance requirements

  • Expected starting salary range: $66,000-$76,000/year (position class range: $60,000-$80,000/year)
