What you will drive
Core responsibilities for this role include:
- Support HR and Client Experience teams with administration of AECOM's experience management tool (Qualtrics), including user access, survey programming, helpdesk monitoring, and UAT activities
- Perform data gathering, analysis, and visualization to generate requested reports and identify data trends
- Support integration of internal systems with Qualtrics, monitor success/failure reports, and perform data quality checks
- Manage moderately complex tasks and projects, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
