Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Offer weekly, virtual coaching check-ins with approximately 20-25 mamas and birthing parents weekly, building strong relationships and trust
- Draw from lived experience, resource database, and cultural practices to offer tools for healing and wellbeing during coaching sessions
- Document quantitative and qualitative experiences through note-taking and screenings in a supportive, non-extractive manner
- Participate in team meetings, 1:1s, and work on special projects aligned with professional development interests and community needs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of peer coaching experience, ideally in maternal mental health or mental wellness space
- Community Health Worker certification and/or 2000+ hours of coaching experience with willingness to continue expanding skills
- Strong foundational coaching skills including active listening, paraphrasing, and summarizing
- Familiarity with needs of pregnant and postpartum individuals, with lived experience/proximity to Black and African American communities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in remote teams
