Mission
What you will drive
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for all employees using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and grant requirements.
- Prepare and post payroll to the general ledger, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and support month-end closure.
- Assist with audits (financial, benefits, funder, workers' comp) and prepare required documentation for state/federal filings and grant reporting.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries, resolve issues, and cross-train with other finance functions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (preferred).
- Experience in multi-state payroll processing (required); fund accounting and grants experience (preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
