Mission

What you will drive

Responsibilities

  • Process multi-state and international bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees
  • Ensure payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations
  • Coordinate with HR benefits team to ensure benefit deductions are correct and accurately set up garnishments
  • Research and resolve payroll problems and processing errors, providing support on all payroll matters as needed

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Associate's degree required
  • Typically 15 years of relevant experience required
  • Proficient in multi-state and international payroll preparation and all related duties
  • Demonstrated experience as a payroll specialist in a government contracting environment
  • Experience working with Deltek T&E system and ADP Workforce System
