Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly multi-state payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records/database integrity, including new hires, terminations, wage adjustments, bonuses, and benefit-related deductions.
- Verify and audit timekeeping records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to overtime and leave policies.
- Reconcile payroll reports and prepare journal entries for accounting purposes.

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and trusted with confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-focused approach to resolving issues.
