Payroll Manager

• Own end-to-end payroll execution and oversight for the US and Canada, ensuring accurate and timely processing across federal, state, and provincial jurisdictions.
• Serve as the payroll platform owner (ADP), managing configuration, audits, tax filings, and vendor relationships.
• Act as the connector between payroll, HRIS, and finance systems to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive payroll accuracy, controls, and compliance, including SOX-aligned controls, audits, and year-end filings.

By ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations, this role supports Lime's mission to provide affordable, carbon-free transportation, enabling the company to scale its impact on reducing car ownership and emissions globally.

• 7+ years of payroll experience with hands-on ownership of complex payroll operations.
• Experience managing payroll through third-party providers (e.g., ADP) and integrations with HR systems (e.g., Workday).
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, audits, and tax reporting (W-2, T4, multi-state payroll).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
