Mission
What you will drive
- Support the Payroll team by auditing timekeeping records, entering new hires, processing terminations, and supporting SOX audit preparation.
- Proactively identify discrepancies and resolve payroll issues.
- Assist with maintaining payroll procedures, documentation, and audit-ready records.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and enhance payroll controls.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- High school diploma or equivalent plus five or more years of experience supporting payroll, accounting, HR, or administrative operations.
- Experience with accurate data entry and supporting audit activities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word).
