Patent Agent

• Draft and file U.S. and international patent applications related to AgTech and biotechnology innovations.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to identify inventions and translate complex scientific concepts into patent applications.
• Manage and shape Invaio's patent portfolio, including tracking deadlines and prosecution status.
• Support IP strategy through patent landscape reviews, freedom-to-operate assessments, and competitive intelligence.

This role protects and advances innovations in sustainable agriculture, helping to deliver impactful solutions that address global food security and environmental challenges.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Plant Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Bioengineering).
• Registered Patent Agent in good standing with the USPTO.
• 3-5 years of experience in drafting U.S. and international patent applications, with at least 1 year in a law firm.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills, with ability to articulate complex scientific concepts.
