Partnerships Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated focal point for National Committees and Country Offices in Asia/Pacific and northern Europe, supporting their Faith and Membership revenue stream
• Collaborate with key priority markets to support new business development and establish pipeline of top prospects with defined engagement plans
• Build a global Community of Practice and develop technical guidance notes to support relationship managers and partnership focal points
• Support partnership development including opportunities for global recognition, thought leadership, and engagement opportunities

This role creates positive change by growing UNICEF's partnerships with faith and membership-based organizations, which translates into increased financial support and engagement for UNICEF's work saving children's lives, defending their rights, and helping them fulfill their potential worldwide.

Required qualifications:

• Advanced university degree in international development, fundraising, marketing, theology/religious studies (or first level degree with 2 additional years of experience)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fundraising or partnerships, with at least 2 years working for or with faith or membership organizations
• Experience managing high-value (six figure) relationships with faith or membership-based organizations
• Experience with global fundraising landscape and cultivating high-value gifts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
