Partnerships Manager

As our Partnerships Manager, you'll lead the design and execution of Supercritical's partnerships strategy. You'll focus on identifying, cultivating, and activating high-value relationships that enhance our go-to-market (GTM) motion.

• Design and build the Partnerships function from zero: defining what good looks like, setting clear objectives, and building systems and processes to scale partnerships sustainably.
• Drive revenue through strategic partnerships: develop referral and co-selling partnerships that deliver high-quality leads and support our GTM strategy.
• Navigate a complex ecosystem: build deep relationships across a disparate carbon removal and sustainability landscape.
• Close partnership deals: own the full partnership lifecycle from identifying opportunities to managing ongoing partner success.

This role creates positive change by building strategic partnerships that accelerate climate action and scale the carbon removal market, helping Supercritical achieve its mission to scale the market by 14,000x by 2050.

• At least 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, climate tech, or similar high-growth environments.
• Experience building partnerships from scratch or playing a central role in scaling a new channel or function.
• Commercially minded with strong deal-closing skills and ability to think in terms of impact and revenue.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to influence without authority.

💰 Competitive Salary – £120,000 - £130,000 OTE (depending on experience)
