Partnerships Lead

• Scale existing high-performing enterprise partnerships with top accounting firms, deepening connectivity and driving referral flow.
• Drive conversion by optimizing partner playbooks and systematizing referral lifecycles with commercial teams.
• Expand mid-market and regional accounting firm partnerships, shaping new referral and co-sell structures.
• Strengthen the operating system by keeping partner records and pipeline sharp in HubSpot, and refine playbooks for repeatability.

This role accelerates capital deployment for clean energy projects by building partnerships that connect tax credit buyers and investors to the platform, directly financing the transition to a clean energy economy.

• Genuine tax fluency: ability to hold conversations with Big 4 tax partners and understand how tax considerations drive deal structures.
• Professional services instincts: knowledge of how accounting and law firms operate in transactions, including BD organizations and compliance constraints.
• Proven relationship building with enterprise-level partners and commercial accountability (e.g., revenue, pipeline contribution).
• Builder’s mindset with 5–6 years of experience, cross-functional collaboration skills, and excitement to learn clean energy finance.

Cash compensation: $165,000 - $200,000; company-wide bonus: $10,000 - $40,000; stock options.
