Partnerships Lead (Channel Business Development)

Core responsibilities:

• Own channel sales pipeline and revenue, scaling existing partnerships while expanding new partnership motions
• Establish relationships with new firms, craft joint value propositions, work with account executives to close deals, and build effective enablement programs
• Position Gravity relentlessly top-of-mind to ensure continuous business flow through partnerships
• Travel to meet partners, create pitch decks, join sales calls, demo platform capabilities, and troubleshoot enablement materials

This role creates foundational impact at a company transforming sustainability and energy by helping businesses comply with climate disclosure requirements and save millions in energy costs through carbon and energy management technology.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS channel sales and business development, ideally in sustainability software or software selling to consulting firms
• Track record of building and scaling partnership motions with minimal outside support
• Existing relationships with sustainability or advisory practices at major consulting firms (strongly preferred)
• Comfort working autonomously in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to craft compelling, tailored value propositions
• Willingness to travel to build and maintain partner relationships
